It took them over an hour to pick me up at the Greyhound station yesterday. I counted 10 of their taxis go by while I waited outside. I had to call them four times to get a friggin' cab. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Most of their cabs are in disrepair. From check engine lights to broken seatbelts, there is something wrong with just about every cab of theirs I've gotten into. On at least two separate occasions I've ridden with drivers who just leave their high beams on at all times. Their dispatchers act like they're trained to completely stonewall you when you call about problems with their drivers (which I've only done twice in the last 7 years... honestly, I'm not just a pain in the ass customer).

Oregon taxi #185 was dispatched to me at the Hilton Hult Center to take me to The Even Hotel at approximately 2-3 in the afternoon. In route and conversation with my driver he told me he preferred cash, I said fine take me to an ATM and I would pay in cash. Total was $20.75 and i gave him $25.00. Flash forward to next morning, the hotel recommended Hybrid Taxi, which I called and they picked me up and returned me to the Hilton, total fare $7.50. Unfortunately for Hybrid Taxi, this is why Uber and Lyft are so successful, companies like Oregon make the good taxi services look bad. Unfortunately the/for city of Eugene, OR created there own set of rules for the ride sharing companies and they pulled out. I strongly urge anyone to stay away from Oregon Taxi in Eugene, OR. NOTE: The driver was very cordial while running up the fare.

It is such a hit and miss. They can be great, and they can be really not great. I missed my bus to Portland, and thus my job interview the following morning because a driver canceled on me and did not call for another cab. Because it was rush hour, the company could not get me a new taxi (it took 20 minutes to get them on the phone). The driver had got to my apartment 10 minutes early, wanted me to come out right then, and when I said I would be out in just a few minutes, he lied to the company saying that I canceled, when I had told him he could even start the clock if he wanted. This ending up happening to me again. The drivers can blatantly lie to the dispatchers with seemingly no consequences. The customer service and communication is awful.

Such a hit or miss. There have been three times where I have scheduled a ride for the bus to Portland, and then them not even showing up. In result, I would either barely make the bus or miss the bus. And then there are other times where they have taken me to my destination no problem. The customer service and communication is just bad.
