My issue is with the front desk staff. I had an appointment and I walk in the door, I gave both ladies my first and last name. They are both silent. One looks at the other and finally she decided to look at me and acknowledge my standing there. There was a good minute of nothing. Horrible experience with the front desk staff.

Love their service. Best bang for buck when it comes to waxing (I got a brazilian)
They will try to make you as comfortable as possible and talk to you to distract you from all the pain! :D

Very good customer service. They are professional, fast and tge place is clean and overall lovely. They also have good deals for repeat customers.

I have been a client here for over 2 years. They are professional, clean, and friendly. They do an amazing job. They make you feel comfortable and they always have great wax package deals. If this is going to be your first time getting a Brazilian or really any wax ask for Abigail at this location! She is so nice and professional!

This is an incredibly professional and friendly center. I am no waxing expert but they certainly are; the whole process wasn't even that painful and took maybe 20 minutes (max). I felt they were knowledgeable about their products, and weren't too pushy about buying the bulk service package. I am excited to try their products, and am happy I know about this place.
