Long Time customer. No more!!! What is the point of making an appointment when they do not honor it. I'm a regular I have been a client of the same stylist for over 3 years. Showed up on time. It's not like she was finishing up with a client...oh no just at the time of my appointment she took a walk in client assuming I would wait. Never underestimate your regular clientele. We are regulars for a reason and we tip very well.. normally 20% plus. As a result I will now take my money and business elsewhere where my loyalty is appreciated and not taken advantage of.

The stylist, Carolina, did not listen, and cut my hair way too short. She also made too much space between the two layers she did create so it looked very choppy. I had to wait over two months to get it corrected because it was too short. In addition, my new stylist said Carolina did not create layers on the bottom like I had asked. She really doesn't know how to cut hair. I spoke tot the manager over the phone and she was very rude. The owner, Neil, did send me a refund which I appreciated.
