Too crazy and busy when trying to check out. A little over whelming after getting waxed, you know? Toilet had some stains on the seat, had to wipe it down before using. Bathroom to say the least needs more attention. Grossed me out a little. Dirty bathroom tends to mean other aspects are not tended to either. The waxing was fine and basic. Nothing special. Just standard. My eyebrows were fine and my under arms were fine. Can't essentially complain about the waxing. Decent pricing and decent first time discounts. I'm just concerned about the cleanliness. I'm not comfortable going places where I'm not confident about their cleanliness.

I went to Julie, awhile back, to get my eyebrows done, and they look absolutely flawless! She does amazing work and you can definitely tell she loves what she does. Not only is she talented at waxing, but you can tell she has a great personality too. I will definitely only be going back to Julie in the future. Thank you for making me look amazing!

I've been coming here for a few years now. Melody is the only person who I would ever allow wax me. I have such sensitive skin. She is fast and efficient. I find the wax here to be great quality. Having someone who is quick, makes the process just so much simpler. I really appreciate the customer service the staff provides me. They definitely have a life-long customer on their hands. Thank you so much, again!!

This place wasn't a bad place until I requested my money back from a package I had purchased. This was the second time I purchased a packet and I decided I wasn't going back to this location I had 2 bad experience and the lady who usual does my wax was leaving. I had no reason to stay here. When I requested my money back they gave me the run around for 2 months saying that there changing managers and that's why everything was taking so long. I waited patiently till they had a new manager who told me that she would get to the bottom of my concern. 4 months later she told me that they put the money back in my account which I didn't see on my statement. I told this to the current manager she told me she has the receipt of the money going back in my account and they never presented me with a copy basically just ignored everything worse costumer service ever. I will never recommend this location to anyone. You may have a decent experience here but never purchased a package from them.

Just got my first Brazilian wax yesterday. First time waxing anything actually. I had Olga, LOVED HER!! She was super nice and knowledgeable. Front desk girls were also great. I've done everything from shaving, to creams, and even laser, I'm sticking to waxing. It was quick and painless and I'm loving the results.
