Bruno and Miryana Juvan, owners of both Alesandra Salon & Spa and Hot Heads Salon, believe to succeed in this industry, it is necessary to actively participate in continued education. Trends, techiques and fashion continually change. To keep up with these changes, one must be committed to a "school of life."

I love Alesandra salon! I have had my hair done here for years. I love the eyebrow, lash and wax services that they provide as well. Very clean, very polite, family atmosphere, very upscale and stylish for affordable services

Great Manicure and Pedicure by Marcia.  Staff was quiet, no eye contact from anyone in salon.  Enjoyed the quiet time.

It was horrible experience. I paid for 300 dollar for brazelian keratin to make my hair dry and give me non stop dandruff until now.I wish I didnt let this salon did my hair.

I've been to this salon before and had a positive experience but yesterday was not the same. I called to make an appointment, the person I requested was booked so I asked the girl if she could schedule me with someone who was very good with color. The man who did my hair was very unsure of things he was asking multiple stylist for help which made me nervous. He was sloppy and rushing the whole time. It took him maybe 5 minutes to do my cut he didn't even check the length to be sure it was even. After he rushed the blow dry and basically rushed me out of the chair I paid a lot I money and left . When I got home I realised that I had hair color all over my ears and neck and my scalp. So unprofessional and messy. Never ever going to him again!!

Outdated, a bit tacky and most of the people are not nice. A lot of "little old ladies" getting helmet-head hair-do's and squabbling with the staff and each other.  The "expert" stylist cut one side of my hair noticeably shorter and my color was not done well.  Most of the staff and patrons looked and acted unhappy or uptight. This place has really gone downhill the last few years so I will be going to a better salon now.
