I’ve been seeing Kari for a while now and I was so nervous to trust someone with not only my brows but body waxing as well! She is so good at her job that she became a friend not just my waxed! It’s super clean and fast and I send all my clients to her! Thanks Kari!

I have tried getting in touch with a manager for 2 months now! I have left numerous phone messages and gone into the store and left my name and number for the manager to call me back. The front desk staff assures me every time that the manager will call me, but no such luck! Heaven forbid you have a problem with a service because you are out of luck. I cannot imagine running a business where the owner and/or manager is so out of touch! Clearly a poorly run establishment!

Actually I was six minutes late for my scheduled appointment ~ I phoned ahead & was told I had to be there within 9 minutes ~ but when I arrived I was told that I no longer could be assisted because they actually were going to SQEEZE my 30 min procedure into 15 min!!
So I guess I would just have to pay half then!!
Your receptionists may be pretty but unfortunately they have to learn communication skills as they have none! 
Needless to say I'm now being attended to!

Love this place! Iris is the best for Brazilians. She is very careful and for some reason it's less painful with her. I highly suggest this place.
