It's the middle of the day, the only person in the lobby is the mother of the 2 boys getting their hair cut. I walk in to get mine done and I'm told over a 60 minute wait because I had 6 people who checked in online in front of me. NONE of them were present. 1. You would think they would have effective staffing to accommodate this 2. They would take the money while it's available, as the onliners weren't present. I'm a Colorado native but newer to the area. This was my second visit here and I think I'll just drive the 40+minutes to go to my old stylist than retrun.

Recently moved here and have started bringing my four kids here. They are kind and accommodating, and the cuts are great. They were even able to squeeze one of my kids in when I mistakenly only scheduled 3 rather than 4 of them, and just days before Christmas at that!

They always do a good job, and it's very easy to check in online with their app!

Been going to this location a long time and the wait just keeps getting longer. Made a reservation online as it was about a 13 minute wait. No problem, I was about 10 minutes away. Walk in the door and told it will be 5-10 minutes. 30 more minutes later still about 30 minutes to wait. I walked out the door, enough. Here is a synopsis of the staff today: The Asian stylist who only takes her customers, nobody else. So you are down a stylist right there. Another stylist goes in back, never returns. Another stylist makes a career out of one customer's hair and chats it up with her mom in the time she could have finished up and taken care of two others (she was still chatting when I left) The other Asian stylist is doing her job and taking on customers in order. Another stylist packs it up at 5, walk out the door. To sum up, two stylists working the people who are queued up. One working her own private salon in Great Clips. Nobody else in sight and a 13 minute wait became 30 minutes before I walked out the door. This is frustrating and encourages me to look elsewhere.

People who "check in on line" get priority and those who walk in keep getting put to bottom of list. No thanks.
