Welcome to Momma Jean's BBQ
Our BBQ is a product of the Coleman family tradition for BBQ that has spanned over 100 years. Family reunions and other special occasions from the late 1800's and early 1900's, as well as now, have always been about two things, family fellowship and good cooking.
In those days, the meat was prepared in a large dug out hole in the ground, and it took almost two days to prepare. The results, then and now, have always been a refreshing trademark flavor that always leaves you coming back for more.
At Momma Jean's BBQ, we make our products according to family tradition with some new twists learned over the years. The taste is still sweet and spicy, but since we are from Texas, a bolder flavor has been added to suit Texans' taste. Everything we prepare is made from scratch, such as our rub, hot sauce, BBQ sauce and our wood smoked meats.
We use only the finest pecan wood for that sweet smoke flavor that Momma Jean's customers have come to expect. Our goal is simple. Great flavor - Always tender. Enjoy!
