I've been treated well here and the wait is always explained. Wait time can be long but you can check online before you go. I found it to be what they said it was going to be. staff and Dr were very friendly and competent.

Called the office 3 times today.  Waited 10 minutes, 25 minutes and then 25 minutes again with no answer.  Unacceptable.
