Wouldn't know how their practice is sense I tried to set up an appointment for my son. They said they had me scheduled but I had questions about payments. They didn't have an answer so they said they would call me back. They didn't. So I did the next day and comes to find out I wasn't scheduled! So tried again but still had my unanswered question so I was transferred to billing. They didn't have an answer either so I was transferred back to scheduling who said they would call me back. Haven't gotten a call back so I will be going else where.

Lack of true support. Seems only interested in booking back to back, and keeping the patient flow dense ... Perhaps to maximize profits. Any serious questions about child's health is met with scepticism. Inflexible hours, and very strict rescheduling options. It's like the "soupnazi" of pediatric care.

I will never go back there. I have never been treated so poorly by receptionists in my life. Their lack of compassion, manners, and customer care is the worst I have ever received.

They have always been amazing to my child but please change your hours on this site i had a medical issue with my son rushed him here at 7pm only to find them closed according to here your open till 9:30 pm? time wasted had to drive to seattle childrens.
