New owners are super nice, always great service. Might have to wait a bit when busy, but that's what you get at every post office.

I wanted to send a pair of shoes back and the post office didn't have any packing tape to seal the box. Was told I would need to buy tape. Why does the post office not have packing tape. I would avoid this location and go down to bayview, the PharmaPlus location is much better

The service is not that bad but the attitude of the couple working there is rude and indifferent. The old man stands away from the girl who is doing the transactions and she passes the stamps to him and he puts it on the letters, cards and packages. I have bought different items from their store that are not postage. The store has numerous items of all sizes and I have to ask for a bag. She told me she has bags under the counter but she doesn't offer the customer a bag unless they ask for one. They expect you to walk out of the store with these items in your hands!!!! I hate going there but since it is the closest postal station to me I have no choice. They should not be allowed to be working in that location due to the fact they are not up to taking care of their customers. Terrible people working that franchise or whatever!!!!!!!

The girl working in the office is so sweet. The merchandise there like toys, games, stationary, and bedding stuff are all in good price and good quality!!

The couple that work there are very rude and dismissive, especially the old man. I wanted to send a package but needed to get an idea of what it would cost. He kept yelling at me for weight after I told him I wanted to know if they have a box that would fit the item I wanted to send seeing as it would be factored into the weight. He got impatient with me and yelled at me to go find my own box. Horrible customer service and would not recommend them if you have to have a face to face interaction with them.
