I had a package that was sent to the wrong address and this post office was incredibly helpful. I spoke with two different employees and both had my best interest at mind, and seemed driven to help solve the issues at hand. Extremely satisfied knowing this is the post office I get to work with during my school years at CMU.

My daughter and I came into this office with a mess of toys and candy to send to my grandkids.  We didn't have the proper boxes to fit all the things we were sending. There is a woman that works here named Sheila who went above and beyond to help us not only to ship it all but to ship it for the most affordable price. Spending nearly 30 minutes helping us and never once getting upset with us but doing it all with a positive attitude!! She was amazing!! Thank you Sheila you deserve a promotion or a raise!!!

Kudos to the Mount Pleasant post office!!  I accidentally send a package of homemade chocolate chip cookies to my daughter at the incorrect address (her address from last year).  When it arrived in the Mt P post office they went out of their way to correct the address and redirect the cookies to my daughter at the correct address.  One happy college student and one happy Mom.  THANK YOU!!!!
