This place is run by insensitive people, they lack professionalism and have bad work ethic.During hard times they seem to make things worse for those of us who are limited to visit our loved ones (because they decided to change the cemetery office hours) and they decided to not allow us to leave flowers anymore. The staff also needs to stop rushing us out of the building 10 minuets before closing time and give us our space. They should show some sympathy, be reasonable, understanding and communicate when they decide to make changes.

I called today to ask for information concerning my account, the ladies there ,not only were unwilling to help me, but they were also extremely rude. The office manager Maggie was so rude that she even hang up on me!! Stay away from this place!
