Eversil Roof Coatings is a great company to work with – everything I’d expect from a small locally owned business. Tony explained everything to me from start to finish. There were no surprises or extra fees. I am so relieved to know that the flat roof on my small historic building in Florence is good as new!!

LJ, Tony and Brandon did a great job at a very competitive price! We had three roofing companies come out with estimates. One roofer tried to convince us we needed a whole new roof on our 1964 Burnt Adobe Territorial flat roof with parapets. LJ told us our roof was still in good shape. We had woodpecker holes that needed patching but overall it was in better shape than we'd been led to believe. LJ & Brandon were here over a week. And tho LJ was dealing with health issues, she insisted on showing up every day, despite my trying to convince her to stay home. We had an unforeseen monsoon hit us this morning at 3 am less than 16 hours after completion. I was concerned that the roof may not have dried totally. Tony came out this morning to check everything and make sure it was just a bit of white powder residue that came out the scuppers. Our roof looks GREAT! My husband & I could not be happier with the outcome. And our pocketbooks didn't suffer the outrageous cost of a total new roof. We highly recommend the EverSil Team!

Edit: Tony called me to correct this issue. The estimate has been performed. I have two more estimates scheduled with other contractors. Then we will be selecting our contractor for the repair and I will fully update this review once the repairs are executed. ......................................................... Didn't show up for the scheduled estimate. I called to check to see if they were still coming. Left a voicemail. No one returned my call. It's been four days and I have received no return contact. Poor interaction with a potential customer.

Tony and EverSil Roof Coating workers did an excellent job. Tony was very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, highly qualified, enthusiastic and very conscientious. Tony took the time to explain things to me and provided me with before and after photos of my roof. He displayed excellent workmanship and seemed to take pride in everything he did. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend EverSil and expecially Tony.

I am extremely pleased with Eversil's work, timeliness, and genuine friendliness! I got a great value, fair price, honest opinions, and a 5 year warranty against leaks. I don't tend to be the type to rush to publish reviews for most things but in this case, I really wanted to share my positive feelings about Eversil. I feel like I got a great deal. I would absolutely positively recommend Eversil to friends and family or anyone with a roof for that matter. Never once felt pressured during the whole process from start to finish!
