Story

At EVO we believe in simplicity and using the freshest ingredients possible. We have been open since 2007 and have been committed to using local products since the day we've opened. Our pizzas are neopolitan style and are cooked in a wood fired brick oven. We have a great offering of salads, sandwiches, and specials that help us showcase our wood fired oven and our beautiful local produce.

They have one of those "can't seat you until your whole party is here" policies, which was enough to make me walk out, but the group wanted to wait. The place is too small to have people waiting right inside the door. They made a good effort to get my largish group seated in a reasonable amount of time. The service was a little slow, but to be fair, the place was packed. The food was so good I ate way more than I should have. A little on the pricey side, but they REALLY feed you. Ever person in my group left with a box.Nice place for lunch, if you can get a seat😝

The salads here are incredible. The pizza is probably why one goes there but don't overlook the salads! Of course the pizza is also outstanding as well. This place has an extensive beer list. The prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. I just wish I lived closer!

EVO pizzeria was delicious, down home water in the mason jar etc. We day in the window and watched the people. It took awhile to get our pie but just when I was going to complain out it came. I highly recommend it.

The pizza and salads at EVO are consistently creative and use fresh local ingredients. The results are consistently great. Plus, a nice choice of beers and friendly service.

Delicious brick oven pizza. Great, quirky atmosphere. Plus, it's in Park Circle which is a nice little area to walk around.
