I've been going here for years, but my last trip was pretty average. The coke from the machine was flat or not mixed properly, the fries were undercooked and soggy. The servers are friendly. The food used to be good, but maybe the quality has gone down a little. The mustard was in a bottle that looked like it has be reused for a year and the hot sauce was in a bottle with a hand written label that said "Pete's hot sauce". Might not be back for a while.

The cafe was cute and the service was OK, but the food was awful. I ordered a hot sandwich. It was cold so I sent it back. It came back hot, but the cheese tasted like plastic and the meat tasted like it was past it's prime. My husband joked about me being a food snob to make the waitress feel better, but when we left, he admitted his food didn't taste very good either. We won't go back.

Im incredibly disappointed in Hello Deli. They claim they deliver until two and when I called with a few orders they refused to deliver despite it being before 2pm. I define a good business by one that delivers on the promises they make. This is not one of those businesses.

Always a terrible experience. I've been here many times over the years, dragged by my coworkers every few months or so. Every time my experience has been somewhere between mediocre and abysmal. They're very cheap and it shows. For example, they have a Frank's Red Hot sauce bottle with a HAND WRITTEN label on it that says Texas Pete (see pic). They make their own pickles, which are AWFUL (pretty sure they're made in the toilet). The chicken salad is made from dark meat (and is also pretty bad). The list goes on. I've tried several items trying desperately to find something acceptable to no avail. The Reuben is chewy and fatty, as is the Rachel. The chili is super bland. Their egg salad is dry and lacking in proper condiments (another testament to their cheapness). Since I go there so infrequently, I've mostly just grinned and bore it, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. She asked what I wanted on it. I asked for lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard, and ketchup. You know, standard burger. They don't have pickle chips. Ok fine, just the other stuff. She says "mustard and mayo?" I said "No, like I said, mustard and ketchup". When she brings me the burger, it has no ketchup and DELI mustard on both sides. Who puts deli mustard on a burger without being asked to?? I asked if they had regular mustard and she brings out a french's bottle that is so worn it looks like it's been to Iraq and back about 15 times. It's also covered with various stains and sauces and clearly hasn't even been wiped down. I didn't even want to touch it. On top of that, the fries were terribly under cooked and tasted like chewing on a warm, raw potato. Oh and they don't have Heinz ketchup, they have Hunt's. Who uses Hunt's???

Very good if you're looking for a place reasonable for lunch and the food is great!!
