Excellent place on Frankfort Avenue in Louisville to find men's wear in current styles. Evolve is located directly on Frankfort Avenue near Ewing and the cobblestone hill that leads to Grinstead and I-64.

You can find all types of men's brands at Evolve and skip the mall. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to apparel brands for men and tailors. If you find something you like, just ask and the staff will be glad to suggest a local tailor.

Excellent place to shop with amazing prices. Just go early, since they close at 6 PM sharp.

Their selection was decent, but their staffing could use improvement. I went in with my boyfriend to select a suit for my boyfriend's upcoming interview. I arrived a few minutes early and the staff was very aggressive and was asking me questions like what the suit was for and what my boyfriend did for a living. Those aren't very appropriate questions to ask someone you just met in a clothing store. Then when my boyfriend was checking out they proceeded to ask him aggressively the very same questions I had answered.. about 5 minutes earlier, as if to verify my story or something. It was very bizarre and I probably wouldn't go back just because of the staff.

This is a hidden gem.  Proprietor is knowledgeable and friendly.  You will find amazing deals on high end men's fashion.

The problem I have is that Evolve doesn’t take your phone number or email, and they don’t contact you if your items are sold. So it’s on you to physically go to the store and check over and over to see if they owe you any money for the items you gave them weeks or months ago. 

 Also, strangely, NO ONE that I know has EVER received payment from them. It could be a coincidence, but it definitely seems like they just depend on you to eventually forget about your clothes so they have free merchandise. 

From now on, I’ll be selling my clothes at Plato’s closet, or donating to Goodwill.
