Great prices during sales. Everything else is horrible. The store is messy and disorganized(boys department). Little to zero customer service. Repeatedly hung up on when calling the store. Ink tag wasn't removed. Went to 3 registers before finding an associate to complete our purchase and leave the ink tag.  Have since ordered online, had 'shipped to store'. Once again, hung up on when call to check on my order. 7 business days later, order still says 'processing' as it did on the first day(supposed arrival in 4-7 business days). Called corporate to track, said it had shipped but hasn't  been marked as received by the store. So she transferred me to st mathews, they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back 2 more times with the same results. So ridiculous.

I recently moved from Florida and purchased a suit at the St. Matthews store. I wanted to give a shout out to Asante in suits and CeCe the manager for the outstanding visit and overall experience. Asante certainly has tremendous knowledge of the suit collections. And CeCe knows how to put the customer first. Great job to both! I'll definitely be back!

Returned an item on Friday. Stood in line for over 40 minutes. Checked my bank online today and it still has not hit my account. Called customer service, the smart mouth clerk said it might take 7 to 10 business days to show on my account.  NO MORE SHOPPING AT J. C. PENNEY' S
