General Eccentric is a locally owned, young women's clothing boutique based in Louisville, KY. We opened our first store in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Louisville in April 2000. We are committed to offering our customers the latest trends at affordable prices. We carry quality lines with the most fashion forward items at the best value that we can offer. We take time to specially select each item that we sell which sets us apart from some of the larger chains and mall stores because you won't have to sort through rows of filler clothing or the same thing over and over. To ensure individuality among our customers we only receive limited quantities of each item. This allows us to frequently update our inventory with new items weekly.
