First off, this rating has nothing to do with the customer service of Kelly and Brandon. Both reps do a great job explaining things and helping me when I need it. The absolute biggest issue I have however is their pricing. They told me last week that they do price matching, so when they quoted me $700 to replace a Oil Sensor, I of course reached out to Firestone in Oconomowoc, and they quoted me around $350. I talked with the service manager at Ewald and he told me that there is no way they would be doing the same thing they would be doing at that price. This morning I brought it in to Firestone to get the Oil Sensor replaced and they did tell me they did forget to add one thing to the work order in order to replace the sensor, but the total price still ended up being $420! Almost $300 less. 

Also, I was quoted between $400-$500 to replace my Spark plugs at Ewald, and guess what Firestone would do the exact same service for just over $200. 

Please, if you don’t know anything about cars, do NOT go to Ewald. They will rake you over the coals.

Kelly in the service department is outstanding!  Unexpectedly, we need an oil pan installed.  Kelly helped us get to her dealership, evaluated the damage under our car, and took care of it in a matter of hours.  The two service technicians were very customer service friendly and, we have a feeling, they are like this to everyone, everyday!  We had an exceptional experience in a day that did not start that way for us.  Thank you!!!

Purchased a CPO 2017 Kia Sedona from Ewald of Oconomowoc.  Great customer service!  The overall car buyer experience was actually enjoyable.  John B was our salesman, and an excellent one at that.  My wife and I felt the entire Ewald Team actually wanted us business, regardless of how much we were going to spend.   Great follow-up and attention to details.  I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Kia Ewald...or if nothing else, let them try to earn you business. No gifts or discounts were given in exchange for this review.

We had a great experience with Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc.  Our salesman John did a very good job explaining all the features of the Kia Sportage SX, Pete the sales manager helped make the deal happen.  Tom in finance went over everything we needed to know.  We would definitely buy another car there.
