Work was excellent. Price for my repairs was excellent.  Communication was not good initially.  After voicing my concerns about not getting updates (vehicle was there for two weeks for multiple issues) the service manager personally kept me updated.  He was fantastic and my truck is running great.

I purchased a $30,000 used vehicle a couple months ago. It's been in twice already trying to fix a vibration problem that it came with. Will have the car in a third time next week. Cars with issues like this shouldn't be getting sold at reputable car dealers. My rating will go up or down depending on if they resolve the issue at no expense to me. So far they have covered the repairs for a new front axle,  a wheel bearing and a bent rotor, and this has kept me from giving a lower rating.

After four visits it looks like my car problems have been resolved. It took a while but I am satisfied with their effort to get things right.

Please save yourself a headache and get your car serviced elsewhere. They will try to rip you off. Your response is not entirely accurate. I was still charged $50 more than I originally intended to pay due to your incompetence in not having the tires we ordered more than a week in advance. Also the rebates were not expired. So don't even try to lie to look good on here.

Be careful of the low prices on newer used vehicles. There’s a reason the prices are unbeatable, many of them have manufacture buy backs on the titles. No bank will finance their cars without a high APR. BEWARE

I would highly recommend Van Horn Ford! Keith was awesome to work with and Trevor was such a great help! I’ve never felt so good about buying a vehicle before!
