This company did an excellent job providing quick service. I have been to another local shop with a lawnmower, and they said it would be at least 10 days for just a drive belt. Then the company did not even call me when the mower was ready. Proven Power will now get all our business, and I highly recommend them.

Proven Power in Oconomowoc is a rip off!!!
I purchased a tractor from them it was recommended by proven power that I have a yearly inspection of my tractor.
I sent the tractor in after it was returned the first mow it blew a power steering line that improperly routed that they didn't not see at time of inspection, after spilling oil all over my lawn and killing my grass they made the proper repair,  when asked why it was not caught at time of inspection they had No answers.
Fast forward to 60 hours latter the mower deck falls off and when sent in they claim it was not seen the main hold downs for the mower deck have worn out and it will cost me $750 to repair.
What did they inspect on this tractor???
They did nothing except take my money.
This place is a joke!!!!
Tractor is just over 2 years old and mower deck needs plated to be repaired. 
This on a a piece of equipment that cost over

I bought my Deere riding mower 10 years ago at PP and wintered it with them for years, and then had it repaired there this week. Two different service experiences. First I'll say the repair was done thoroughly and timely, but the service itself isn't there any more.  Folks were once very welcoming on the phone and at the shop and took the time to talk, but now just 'work there'. When discussing my repair on the phone, I was given a sales pitch for a new mower, before they even saw my current one. When I picked it up, it was very dirty from being left outside and rained on. Didn't even get a 'thanks' afterwards. In my opinion, the labor fees for maintenance and winter storage are much more than what the owner of a single riding mower should pay.  
Overall I'm sure PP is fine if you need fleet repairs or want to buy a new mower or tractor, but the reason I came back in the past, the welcoming, friendly service is gone. I doubt I'll return for repairs or a even new mower when it's time.

I have been taking my push mowers here for yearly maintenance for several years now and their customer service is excellent.
