very hard to deal with and unprofessional. They sent the order to the wrong address and the wrong name!  Then they told me they did not know what would happen when it came back, if it would be resent or what.  After 4 calls, the supervisor had another employee return the call while she shouted in the background that I had to call the post office (I had)!  I was told I had to wait until they got it back and then I had to call and reorder it!!! Never again.  Their items may be good but is it worth it to go through this?  I am writing a letter to their corporate office. Their supervisor, Sharon, needs a lot more training!!!
