I am an extremely fussy and persnickety shopper and was searching for months for a particular used vehicle. Gustafson Ford is two hours away from my home,  but Chuck Forsythe made the journey and sale worth while. Chuck made sure my questions were answered, even going so far as to contact the previous owner of my car to pose questions. That's above and beyond. I was introduced to the dealership owner and the finance team, and the admin staff expedited my paperwork for registration. I highly recommend Gustafson Ford. They love what they do, and it shows! Daniel-Alvah  :GUSTAFSON FORD KEWANEE, IL.  is one of the TOP Ford Dealers anywhere.  The customer service is friendly,  non- pressured, simply enjoyable.  All of their employees care for the customer with a smile and a handshake.  One of the things today's society seems to forget.  When we walked into the Dealership we knew this was the place for our business.  We went on the recommendation of some friends and were not disappointed.   We have definitely gained some friends and a great dealership also.

I had a list of "must-haves" a mile long. After months of searching online, I walked into Gustafson Ford and asked them if they could find me the car that I've been looking for. Rick Barto took great care of me. There were many phone calls and emails back and forth because he wanted to make sure he was getting me a car I would love. This was my first time "wheelin' and dealin'" on a car, completely by myself and Gustafson Ford made it an effortless task. They'll definitely maintain my business! :)
