I have visited Walmart hundreds and hundreds of times and have never received the horrible type of service that I received tonight (10/10 at around 8:30 p.m.)!

I was trying to check out in the self-checkout lanes. I had forgotten my wallet at home, but luckily I had Walmart Pay on my phone...or so I thought. I scanned the QR code on the screen to activate Walmart Pay and then scanned my item. It took one of my Savings Catcher gift cards off the total and gave me a balance, which is unusual. I politely called the associate over. She seemed annoyed that she had to get off of her chair and come help. I explained to her that I had forgot my wallet and was trying to use Walmart Pay. I asked her if she could cancel the transaction, so I could try again. At first, she told me there was no way to cancel the transaction. Then after huffing and puffing and being extremely rude, she cancelled the transaction, which took about 5 seconds. I had a problem again and I was so upset about how she treated me, I walked out without my item. I later discovered that I had to update my address within the app and that’s where the issue was coming from.  This still doesn’t give her a reason to treat me like garbage.

I suggest that you train your cashiers on Walmart Pay. This is a great feature, but often times it seems that the cashier isn’t too familiar with it and isn’t sure how to help. If that was the case this evening, she could have mentioned that. She did not seem to give a damn about me or her job.

On a positive note, I had a very friendly associate try to help me find an item (that you guys didn’t carry). If I didn’t have an awful interaction with the self-checkout attendant, this employee would have earned a 5-star review.

I would like to say that I’ll never be back, but because there aren’t many options in this town, I can’t say that without telling a lie.

Although technically a Super Walmart, the selection here is considerably limited compared to the larger Walmarts. We especially noted that in the freezer section was very limited, only 2 aisles compared to 3 or 4 in bigger Walmart stores. Store overall is older, with a dated feel to it.

This Wal-Mart basically tried to screw me over. They wouldn't let me return a game I paid 30 dollars for that was broken and didn't install. And when I ask about exhanging, they said they can't, even though they have new ones of that game for 20 dollars. I mean, at least give me some cash back or store credit? Nope. Can't do that either.

Over priced , Over Crowded. Customers and some staff are rude here, good luck picking up photos.. better call from the photo desk from your cell phone.

Busy. Rude ppl. Nasty meat I would not Eat. Only good thing is a variety of good ppl need for one stop shopping
