My family and I went into Exclusive just on a pit stop before going to Other furniture places, and we were immediately greeted by Amanda. We just quickly said what we were interested in, and we were off. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, and she immediately gauged exactly what our tastes were just after viewing a few pieces. A match made in heaven when we saw one of the rustic bedroom sets we knew we had to have. When we mentioned we had to wait because of closing on a house, she mentioned the new home buyer program which allowed us to lock in the promotional rates with only $50 down. No commitment. I will be coming back for future purchases and don't feel the need to shop anywhere else. This was an amazing experience. The children's playground was an added bonus!

This location is amazing. Great staff; great selection of furniture choices; play room for kids! Amanda at EF was patient and good. She asked questions to understand what we were seeking and to know what style of furnishings we wanted. The plan that day was to visit about 5 furniture stores and compare options and prices. The day ended with us getting majority of what we needed from one place and being completely satisfied with what we got.

This place is nothing less than tragic. We foolishly decided to give them a second chance after having a not so pleasant experience with them a few years ago. We thought maybe their Richmond/Katy location would be different. Nope nope nope. To make a very long story short, I will sum it up to say that one item that they promised that they had in stock was most definitely not...took forever to get our money back. The second item that they gave a pick up date for again was not in stock; however, we did not find this out until my husband got to the warehouse at the designated pick up time provided by them. Oops, sorry, we don't have it - someone should have called you. Aren't YOU that someone?? Every department blames the other. So, to TRY to 'right' this inconvenience, they agreed to deliver it free of charge. Well their "free of charge" delivery ended up costing us $2200 worth of damage that they caused to a new Cadillac sitting in my driveway. They showed up 4 hours after their latest promised arrival time. My 17 year old son thought he was doing us a favor by letting them in because we had already gone to bed (yes, it was THAT late). They were too lazy to ask us to move the car out of their pathway and too unethical to admit that they damaged property. Exclusive Management refused to even get on the phone with us. Poor excuse for a company. "Where low prices live"?? well so does horrible customer service and a bunch of clowns pointing the finger at each other. NEVER again. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY.

Rosemary was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you go there ask for Rosemary. Hector was willing to help make the purchase affordable. I enjoyed my visit and encourage others to visit this location.

What a great time I had spending money on furniture. My sales guy was accommodating and fun! Overall, I felt like a got good quality for the amount of money I spent. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and placed right where I wanted it.
