My wife and I went to purchase a living room set at Gallery Furniture last weekend.  We found the couches and chairs that we wanted, but my wife wanted a different colored fabric for the couches, no problem, their manufacturer could make us a custom couch and deliver in a week.  She also had another special request, a design change in pillows.

With a subtle change, like the pillows, I had reservations that such a small detail might be forgotten, and that we'd have to wait a few days for the correct ones to be delivered.  We received the furniture yesterday, right color, and the correct pillows too, we were impressed to say the least.  

To meet and exceed a client's needs you must truly care, as well as work hard to get it right.  Gallery Furniture did both with a stellar attitude and professionalism. 

The delivery men were also excellent.  They called before they arrived, and also delivered 30 minutes early which we greatly appreciated.

Great job folks, we'll be back for other furniture when the need arises.

Love them! Super accommodating and gave me  exactly what I asked for. I'm not the type of person that wants to walk in to a furniture store and be sold on something. I want it to be what I want the price I want and I don't want someone to have to sell it to me, thank you Mark for being  personable and realistic when I came to what I wanted not only have I purchased a couch but I came back two weeks later and purchased a mattress because of how awesome everyone was there. Even down to when it came time to getting warranty on my couch Dusty was fantastic and the guy at the checkout desk was super professional as well. thank you guys for having excellent customer service you go above and beyond.

*The variety and quality of the furniture is unique, beautiful pieces!*
There are different prices and styles to choose from. My children love to jump on the big mattress at the entrance. The gigantic chairs are also a big hit! 
The sales people are friendly,  polite and answer questions. There is free bottled water  available and it comes in handy in those hot days.
*Thank you Mattress Mack and his awesome team for helping so many people during hurricane season and during tough times!

Our entire experience with GF - sales and delivery - was great!  Thanks so much to Tim Garcia for the wonderful input and support throughout the process. LOVE that all their service contracts are managed IN-HOUSE(!)-if you've ever had to actually use that expensive third-party warranty contract  you know what a PITA it can be.  Plus, shopping at Gallery Furniture makes you feel like you're doing a good deed - so much of their DNA is about giving back to the community.

You definitely won us over, and we're ridiculously happy with our new furniture!

We were promptly greeted with a no-pressure welcome by a sales associate named Stone. I was disappointed that the Sumbrella fabric I've waited a year to purchase was no longer available. We were able to browse at our leisure. I didn't intend to purchase -- but found a sofa, chair, and ottoman we really liked. Stone was busy and asked Steve --  30 year Gallery veteran -- to close our sale.  I was thrilled that the transaction didn't take hours (like the last time I purchased furniture from competitor Exclusive!).
The Katy store was really cool when it opened. But now the restaurant is closed, the Bakery was closed and poorly covered, the outdoor area was "off-limits" -- maybe the store is in transition?
I'll be back in six months for a few more pieces!
