The place is poorly managed. There was trash everywhere outside. Broken glass on the walkway into the building. Dumpsters overflowing with boxes. Nothing inside appeared to be in place. The office was cluttered and not suitable for customers. The employees weren't that bad, but could use a little more polish.

Our salesman was great. Everything else was horrible. From a broke down delivery truck (that we were not informed about) to the delivery and customer service extensions on the 386-0606 number that no one picks up. I still await two (2) chairs for my dinning room set delivered 11/19/2016.
