Beautiful furniture with service that is over the top. Their prices were very affordable and the quality was everything I hoped for. We wanted "real" furniture and not any of that laminated stuff. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Please avoid this store unless you are interested in losing all your money and your sanity. The salesmen will lie to your face just to force you to buy. They have a return policy which states: "All in-store credit must be used within 12 months of purchase." I bought a piece of furniture telling them that I might need to exchange it later on for something else if the size and color did not go with my decor. They first agreed but then blatantly denied it later (2 days after I bought it) and refused to deal with me -- even though their return policy clearly states otherwise. Furthermore, they delivered some badly maintained version of what I ordered at the store!!! I have to admit their store carries some good looking furniture. BUT... that's not what you get when you buy it. The stuff that they deliver is second rate and looks like a cheap version of what's in display. I have never met anyone whose more dishonest than these folks -- especially their managers. I am glad I will NEVER deal with them again.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS EXPERIENCE THERE!!! The sales people were so nice and very willing to work with me. My furniture showed up when I was told it would and I even got a follow up call asking me if I was pleased with my furniture! My bedroom furniture looks great and I think this is the most comfortable matress I have ever had! I will definately shop Metropolitan Furniture again and I've told friends they should go there too.

Had a very good experience there after a terrible one at Roomstogo. PROS: customer service, ease of transaction, accuracy of information, lack of sales pressure, successful delivery, quality of furniture. CONS: none so far.
