Great selection and great sales associate! Israel Melendez greeted me with enthusiasm when I walked in. I purchased a TV stand that was to be made available 2 weeks out. Fine. I originally thought I was going to be able to pick up the stand to save on the delivery costs. I asked the sales person if I'd be able to change my mind later and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. Just call with the order number.  It turns out I was not so I called to schedule and pay for delivery. However, I was informed that I had to come all the way back to the store just to speak with someone and update my request. Major inconvenience. Then I had to wait another 2+ weeks for delivery even though it was sitting in the warehouse paid for. Delivery day arrives. They come in, set it up, and I notice it's wobbling. One guy looks concerned and tries to determine what the issue is, however the other guy says it must be the floor and suggests that I put something underneath the legs to keep it stable. Obviously I'm not satisfied with this answer but he is unconcerned and says that I have to call customer care to get any issues with the actual stand fixed. I call customer service and I'm told that it will be another week and a half before they can send a technician out to determine the issue. I'm highly irritated... to be continued.

They Don't deserve this ONE Star.
My first time purchase with this place, sales rep started good and helped us, but the financing is not really good don't go that direction, they will approve for 10% of total purchase and give stories they cant approve more and make you pay the rest in full.
So i asked for discount and met with this lady manager who was rude and with attitude, when told her we are purchasing more that 5k from kids and 12k from rest can we have discount on the card purchase(not the financing one) she said kids is different under the same roof, its good if you purchased a lot but cant really give any discount even if you make a large purchase.

I got two Ivy League Bunk bed for both my kids since they love bunk bed, my daughter 5 yrs, in the sleep bumped on the rail, and was sacred, and dint want to sleep in that anymore, she is scared now that she will get hurt or fall down, spoke to her to make her feel comfortable, but it dint work. it was only exactly 16 days after delivery, So we called this location to see if we can exchange for twin bed, but the Male manger over the phone said they cant do anything once its delivered. we asked what if my daughter panic or fall down as she is scared off, the answer was "you should have know about you kid before purchase". we told him, how will we know if the kid is comfortable until they try it. they are not adult to have right idea and opinion. 
This careless attitude and answer from such a big chain shows

NEVER GO THERE.
BE CAREFUL TO SEE IF THERE IS RETURN OR At least EXCHANGE POLICY. SO WE NOT NOT STUCK AFTER SPENDING LOT OF MONEY.

Upon entering the store my bf and I were greeted by a Sales Associate whom I I told I was looking for a red leather sectional couch. She proceeded to show us burgundy colored couches. I repeated that I was seeking red and she began giving me decorating advice, that I didn’t ask for. I than asked about kids furniture and was told to finish my couch purchase first as there would be two separate charges to deliver the furniture because they charge separate delivery fees for EACH room of furniture. What a rip off! I went to Ashley furniture store, purchased my red sectional couch, kids bedroom furniture AND only paid one delivery fee.

What a bad deal it turned out to be for me! Mr. SALINAS the sales rep for this shop made us wait for 4 hours and gave us a deal that was incorrect. We asked for a bed with drawers and rail which was totally absent instead we got is in picture. Then I called customer care and told me to meet SALINAS and he will take care. HE was absent and the lady offered me to pay additional 350$ and get drawers to it. That jacks up the price far  more than what we got in thanks giving deal. It's just so unfair how they treated the customer. And additionally all other dining set, dresser and tables has defects in it like cracks and other damaged marks. 

Totally the worst deal of life for my family.
I would recommend to go anywhere but this Rooms to go in Stafford, TX.
