Dropped my clothes off on November 23rd the lady that was working there proceeded to give me a lecture about their prices and if I was sure I wanted to use their services because she didn't want to have to deal with me acting crazy and mad because of how much it would cost. I told her that I was perfectly capable of paying for services rendered and fast towards 2 weeks later when I come to pick up another older lady tells me that they didn't clean 2 of my dresses because they didn't have a damage release. I asked why didn't I get a call prior? Her answer was because I have a long distance number and they don't make long distance calls. I just looked at her to make sure she was serious and paid $80 and left. It's 2016 and it's an Ohio cell number. Who pays for long distance calls in the state? Someone needs help join the game. Customer service is definitely a dying thing.... First and last time I would be using them. Just disappointed.
