Worst experience ever. I went to these cleaners because they were recommended by a good friend. I gave 5 shirts (among other things). 2 of the shirts were white and when they were "cleaned," they came back with yellow stains around the collars. As soon as I got home from picking the clothes up, I immediately called the individual working there and he stated he would try to get it out. I made the trip back there and dropped it off. The following day, I picked the shirts up and the guy said he tried "everything he could" and could not get it out. He gave me 5 bucks back. Moreover, there was a new yellow stain on the actual shirt. Definitely not the value of the shirts and he would not reimburse me for the shirts. He actually tried to insinuate that I caused those stains. My question to him was, "why would only 2 of the white shirts have those stains and the 3 other shirts that I dropped off did not?" He was absolutely no help. Now I have 2 expensive shirts that are ruined. I would not recommend these cleaners to anyone else. As a matter of fact, I will go out of my way to tell others not to go there based on my first and last experience at this place.

Love this place. Very friendly and helpful staff, never had a bad experience. Take my clothes here every week to get cleaned.

I would give them a negative 5 if possible. Originally called and spoke with the owner on the phone. He hung up on me and said come in to talk. Within 30 seconds he said "your lieing and I don't believe you". I have worn this shirt 1 time and had it dry cleaned in Tampa. No Problems !! I tried to wear it yesterday and the shirt was shrunk 1-2 sizes. He accused me of bringing an old shirt, however you could clearly see the shirt is new. The suit pants were so small I can't even fasten them. I had these dry clearned March 4. When my girlfriend called to try and get info so we could file an insurrance claim, he repeatedly hung up on us. I hope everyone in Lakeland reads this. The guy claims he never shrunk a shirt in 23 years. He is a liar !!!
