Executive Management & Real Estate Ltd. offers full-service Property Management for Dubuque,the Quad City Area, Muscatine, and our newest addition Burlington, IA. Our mission is to provide real estate owners and tenants with reliable high-quality property management services. For property owners, it means the peace of mind that comes with knowing your property is being well maintained and cared for while it is rented. For tenants, it is knowing your property manager will respond appropriately and promptly to your legitimate repair needs.

Executive Management & Real Estate Ltd. is FULL TIME, ALL THE TIME Property Management. Carol Copeland, Broker-Owner, has specialized in property management since 1978. Sarah Mess joined the staff in 2001 and obtained her sales person's license in 2004. In 2007 Sarah became a Real Estate Broker.

We offer a professional, yet personal approach to residential and multi-family property management in our area. With our focus on property management we are able to keep abreast of current trends in the rental market. Because we offer the greatest variety of units from older to new, from large complexes to single family homes we attract the greatest number of apartment shoppers.
