This guy is the biggest rip off in the world. His rentals are disgustingly filthy. Once your money leaves your hand and lands in his if you have a problem that you need to address you will not get ahold of him or even see him until your rent is due. Then he will be calling you. He won't have time to listen to you. Oh and here is one of his favorite lines. "I need to talk to someone that makes sense!" On a 1 -10 scale of good land lords I would rate him -10!

Excellent management. Awesome apartments! The manager was so nice, helpful and courteous with us. He is very professional.

Horrible, how do people rent from him?  and I found DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE as he claims!

Very Rude. He mad fun of me and attempted to bully me into one of his apartments.  He also tried to lie to me about rusty pipes, and windows and water heaters being new. He became upset when I asked about maintenance requests and didn't bend over backwards for him.  You'll get a cheap place to live, but it's not gonna be worth much.
