Linda Feighner  hires contractors to work for her then lies about there work and doesn't pay them

I recently hired Russ Marks to sell my home. I had stated in the beginning that I would only like to really "test" the market and did not plan on keeping it on the market for long if it did not go well. He said that that was perfectly fine and all and that we still needed a contract, of course, and that if I decided to take the listing down there would be no problem and no out of pocket expense. After about maybe a month I decided not to sell the house anymore, I called him and he DEMANDED that I give him $65 for his expenses for advertising the house. I was more than a little annoyed with this, mostly because he did absolutely nothing for me other than put up a sign. I thought his attitude was rude, unprofessional and that he lacked the necessary communication skills to be in this profession. I contacted other realtors within the same company and they said that the fee was not within the norm so I called his broker and she told me that if that was what he wanted to do that was ok by her. 
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an honest realtor
