We are moving after living in our home for 24 years, a difficult process...but Cindy Carrigan & Five Star Realty were PHENOMENAL in the handling of our sale! We got an offer....over asking...in less  than 24 hours.  Cindy & her team always made sure we were given updates that kept us on point, her door was always open & Cindy's skills, as well as all the people on her team we're AMAZING! We felt very blessed to work with such a strong and qualified team. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Realty if you're thinking of buying or selling your home...Five Star Realty treats your transaction as if it was a family transaction...there's a reason they're called "Five Star" Realty!

We have been most impressed and very grateful to Doc and Cindy at Five Star Realty.  Doc was our primary agent and did a fantastic job for us.  We became confident in his expertise and professionalism.  We were particularly sensitive to his high level of ethics.  This relieved much of our anxiety as we felt quite vulnerable in the matter of real estate selling and buying.  So trust was a big issue for us.  Doc communicated with us exceedingly well, keeping us up to date on each step of the process as well as immediately responding to our calls/emails.  We valued Doc's straightforwardness, no nonsense approach.  The team also did a great service in their help with staging our home and the photography for the MLS.  Compared to other listings we have seen, Five Star Realty's work was outstanding!  We had 10 walk-throughs, 5 offers, three offers with escalation clauses in the first two days.  We firmly believe how Five Star handled the offering of our home was a major factor in the immediate sale of our home.

Dianne Cromwell and the Five Star Team did a fantastic job finding us a home. We relocated here from Colorado and Dianne listened to what we wanted and our needs as a family with kids. She walked us through the process, the trends, the current market, and was tireless in helping us in our search. We highly recommend Dianne and her team!

EXCELLENT company! We never had one stressor! We sold our house from across the country and it went as smooth as possible. Very refreshing! Selena is amazing!!
