These guys know the business....  I was a renter from RC for nearly a decade and purchased a home with their guidance and knowledge of the local market.  Truly a wonderful experience, the great staff sent me in the right direction and made sure the investment was worth my time. Great people - honest and reliable.

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!  This review is of associate broker Ross Boatsman.  Ross was the listing agent for a house I purchased from his father.  I requested that ALL the knob and tube wiring in the house be replaced.  Ross' father agreed and signed a contract addendum stating the work had been completed.
I recently discovered active knob and tube wiring in the attic.  Assuming it had been missed by the electrician,  my realtor contacted Ross, expecting that Ross would step up and do the right thing and have the wiring replaced, as was agreed upon in the signed contract.  He refused and said neither he nor his father were going to do anything about it.
Ross Boatsman is sadly deficient in the integrity department, and anyone considering doing business with him should be very, very cautious. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Doesn't seem to take very good care of their property on W. Mansfield.  The yard is a mud pit, broken windows and siding falling off?  This property is a mess.  R.C Schwartz doesn't make for a good neighbor.  When called, the owner and staff are aware of the situation.

Very poor communication, they dont answer emails, rarely answer the phone, they dont invest in the properties they rent out, no message on the answering machine letting you know they wont be in office for days at a time. raised the rental price on me twice in less then a year, but never addressed any issues such as the main heater not working. and then they screw you on your deposit when you leave. id give them negative stars if allowed. by far the worst company ive rented through, and i fully regret giving them any money
Edit: they refused to refund most of my deposit, claiming it was used for hauling trash, (which i did myself out of pocket the week i moved, still have the receipts for)which was a couch left by the previous tenant in a old rotting shed in the back that i never went inside of. 

Please do yourself a favor and skip any of their listings.
