My experience with Torey was absolutely awesome! We contracted with Torey to sell our home. She had professional photos taken that showcased our home in the most extraordinary way.  From the first day the home was listed, we had several potential buyers requesting to see it. Fortunately, the first people who looked at our home bought it, without negotiation the asking price.  The entire transaction was completed in about 30 days!

My experience with Torey was horrible from day one. I worked with her and her office for months trying to rent a specific property. She practiced shady dealings and tried to force me to enter the contract early without viewing the property, with threat of losing the opportunity to rent it. Then after days of going back and forth they sent out a person to meet with me to view the property - that was 'just doing them a favor' and didn't really work with them. Her lack of professionalism for the smaller clients astounds me.  When I rushed to her office to sign the paperwork, she didn't even have the decency to come into the room when speaking to me...she simply yelled from the other office and couldn't be bothered to get up from her desk. She told me I could face late charges if I didn't pay my rent several days because of 'processing time'. Any type of interactions with her property management group was a joke. I had maintenance requests go past 30-60 days and often had to make arrangements myself to meet repair people at the property because they were too busy to send a representative to do it. She dealt in bad faith on our contract in the end and I advise those looking to rent a property with her name on it to look somewhere else!

We used Torey Eisenman of Benchmark Real Estate Group and she exceeded our expectations.  We wanted to sell our Townhome and we have a lot of extras and felt that we would not be able to get a reasonable price.  Torey set it up so well that we were able to sell our Townhome for more than what we asked for and in only 2 Days.  Her firm is very organized and professional.  

   Torey then told us she could save us money on our New home as well which we did not even think was possible.  She negotiated with the builder and saved us a considerable amount of money on our New home as well.  We would highly recommend Torey and her firm for anybody looking to sell their home!!!

This is absolutely the most professional group of Real Estate Agents that I have ever come across! If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Central Florida Area, you have come to the right place.
