We listed our house through Jessica King at Exit realty, and our experience with her didn´t live up to our expectations of trust and professionalism. We were charged $500(after contracting her manager, it was lowered to $400) to take our house off Market  which was listed for 10 days only. We felt like she didn't care for our needs, and  she was more interested in a quick sell. 

We requested to take our house off Market, because AC is broke(working on replacing the whole unit), and water leak through garage walls needs repair so it is not simply a mind change.

I'm already having a bad experience with Exit Realty....be warned once you sign they stop listening to what you need or want....Do your homework you really need to interview you realtor, ask for references, how many sales etc.... don't let them talk you into a 6 month contract when  they can list for 90 days... the jury is still out on this realtor so I will not say her name just yet... some changes need to happen soon with the communication.... IF THE HOMEOWNER IS NOT HAPPY NO ONE WILL BE....waiting!!!
