Gave me a reservation for a car company that closes at 12am and my plane landed at 11:40. Did not find out until I got there and I had to rent somewhere else for double the price. I was stranded until 4am in 30° weather until I find another car. Horrible customer support.

Cannot get on answer about a refund. They continue to redirect my calls and made to wait an hour in between each hold.

This building needs a major interior overhaul for those poor employees locked up in there all day. Compared to the other Expedia office buildings, this one is a prison. Beautiful location though.
