Travel agent was not very helpful. Typical answer was call the cruise line. Call the airline. Call anyone else but don't bother me. Couldn't answer basic questions. An embarrassment to the industry.

We were happy with Prestige Cruises, but there can definitely be room for improvement. Bridget Leonheart was our assigned agent and she was not helpful at all. She was unable to answer most of my questions and provided Oceania with incorrect information. Overall the communication with the other agents was good. I would recommend this travel agency.
