Terrible service. I tried for days to get ahold of the agent I was first assigned without luck but at least she emailed me back. The second agent booked us fine but has since not responded to my email questions. I shudder to think what may happen if we have a true emergency requiring their assistance. Do NOT use Prestige. Too late for us but I will never book through them again.

Dagny went above and beyond to help us.  We had a family emergency and needed tickets and hotel in 2 days. Dagny not only helped us, she averted a disaster regarding my passport that would have had us stuck in a foreign country with no way to return ! I have gone to those other sites but never got even close to the level of service She has given. Not only that , her price was better than the competition.  Their service is Fantastic  Thank You !!

We booked our cruise and flight with them and we have regretted SO MUCH. We have been ripped off by thousands of dollars from flights and booking fees. DO NOT GO WITH THEM AT ANY COST! They are absolutely terrible and 10 minutes on Expedia would find you a MUCH better deal no matter what. This is one of the biggest travel mistakes I've made. They actively try to get you to spend more money on useless things instead of trying to save you money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
