I went in to see about an air bag replacement under a recall, and ended up driving out in a new car instead. Overall, the experience was 100% no hassle, great staff, quick (in and out in a couple of hours). My sales guy was Lee Green. Far from a boring regular sales guy, he's enthusiastic and really cool to deal with. After all, I came in for an air bag, and drove out in a new car. This guy deserves a raise! John in finance was great too, and found me a much better rate than I thought I qualified for. All in all, 100% fantastic experience. Will recommend and return. Cheers!

I've been wanting to get a newer vehicle for some time now but I didn't think it could be done. my best friend told me to go see her son Ellsworth at Metro Ford and see what they could do. The staff was very friendly and Ellsworth explained every process of the sale and he made sure I was comfortable with everything. It was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Thanks Metro Ford!

We knew exactly what we were after and Ellsworth helped us find it. He was honest, friendly, and hassle-free. We felt respected and did not feel as if we were harassed by sales people, like other car-searching experiences we have had. We found the perfect family vehicle for our budget and expectations. We absolutely recommend purchasing from Metro Ford in OKC! Ask for Ellsworth! He is wonderful to work with!

My 83 year old mother bought her car here and took her Ford Escape to their service department because the check engine light came on.  Apparently an "Evaporative Purge Valve" was defective and needed to be replaced.  They charged her almost $400 for the repair.  I looked up  the part and my cost buying it retail would be $35 and the guy on the You Tube video showed how to replace it while describing what he was doing in detail and video taping the repair himself took only 5 minutes.  While they had a vulnerable customer they tried to convince her to spend over one thousand additional dollars for other "necessary" repairs.  I will be trying to convince her to take her car elsewhere for service.

Just bought a 2017 F-150 from Metro Ford. The service is wonderful! I was helped by Ellsworth Speight and Nick Bubb. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you need to give these guys your business!! They are fast and friendly!! Thank you guys for a great car buying experience!!
