The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. One employee was wearing a crop top with her belly button tattoo hanging out which I find inappropriate, although it is fashion retail, you are running a business not a night club. I’m guessing a manager (older tall blonde woman) literally almost ran me over because I was apparently in her way while looking at merchandise. Even the cashiers were rude, acting like you are intruding on their day. Something must be in the air at the Express outlet. The dressing rooms were filthy, dust and debris everywhere. I almost set my arm load of clothes down and left but I made an out of the way trip to get there. I will not be back. The sale prices that were listed didn’t even ring up correctly but honestly, after dealing with the headache already I didn’t feel like fighting and just wanted to leave. I suggest higher management should step in before a few bad eggs ruin the whole carton. An older, shorter, blonde woman and a younger, very long blonde haired girl were very polite and helpful, thank you to those employees who salvaged some of my experience. For you kind ladies, keep up the good work.

Krista was EXTREMELY rude to me as I attempted to make a completely legitimate return of jeans. I had included a receipt, bags, and coupons from my original purchase. I was treated like a criminal and was told that I was lying about the purchase date of the jeans. The jeans were purchased from their outlet just a few weeks prior. I was only offered store credit after a lengthy conversation. I was nothing but pleasant and understanding to the staff and was bullied in return. I will not be doing any further business with this store.

Lauren wouldn't return clothes or agree to give me store credit. My wife passed and I'm stuck with clothes that I can't use. Not to mention how much it hurts to see my wife's brand new clothes that she never got to wear.
