I love express. They don't carry petite sizes in store but that's not why I gave two stars. I've been to this location twice. The second visit I had what I THOUGHT was a customer literally step in front of me as I was looking at jeans. If you've never been here before, the jeans are on shelves on the wall and there isn't much distance between the shelf and display racks that were at my back let alone this girl who stepped directly in front of me. I mean directly. 
 I was trying to read sizes (looking for petites. They don't carry them in store) I simply moved down a bit and here she comes again. Right in front of me.  Now, I realize she's pushing jeans into the shelf. I kind of chuckled because I realize she works here. As a human being the polite thing to do is say excuse me. She then half acknowledged me and managed to utter an "excuse me". I left the store without buying anything.
Need better customer service. Maybe it's a generational thing. The store was near empty so there's no reason I shouldn't have been greeted or acknowledged. I was well dressed and ready to spend so I don't know what their deal is.

I don't remember his name but this place has very helpful employees!! I was looking for a black button down shirt all day for my new job and couldn't find one anywhere. Then, I finally found it but it was expensive. The employee could tell I was dreading the price and offered me a student discount since I am in college. I really appreciated this and understood what it's like to go out of your way for a customer like that. He didn't have to but he did anyway which made it exceptional customer service! I also love the shirt so overall five stars goes out to them!! :)
