My mother in law was robbed of her wallet in the shoe department. Store personnel would not call the police. Store personnel claimed there was no video in the store to assist Las Vegas PD in Identifying the crook. If you thing you are safe in the store, think again. They are apparently blind and unable to help victims of crimes in their own shoe department. Furthermore the criminal has been able to charge on the account of the stolen card despite assurances from Macy's that the account is closed and frozen. Shop on-line- Viva Zappos

Macy's always been one of my favorite stores great quality ranging from different products and brand name clothes for the whole family. If there are any problem with their products they will attend the customers satisfactions guarantee.

The mens cologne manager is the type of person that shows nepotism based on her opinion versus what is right, Wendy the (manager) who thinks that an Hispanic employee is right against policy. And then treats the Asian Philippine woman Gloria with mid neglect. As if she is an immigrant, that has no voice because she is doing the right thing for Macy's customers. Unbelievable!
