I was very nervous going into a woman's store to do some shopping. The people that works there made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Meko, spent a lot of time helping me find what I was looking for. After all that trouble I discovered that I didn't have my credit card with me. She suggested that I apply for a Lane Bryant credit card and it was approved, and I saved $25. It was the most the most fun that I had shopping in a long time. I would definitely go back again.

The workers are very rude. Not very helpful, one lady was on the floor taking a personal call. Customer Service is abysmal

Okay selection somewhat of a later season than it should be and the staff wasn't very friendly when it came to being helpful. Until I came here I didn't realize you could be helpful but not friendly at the same time.

I went in today to get an outfit for a very special occasion. Nothing fancy, but special and nice. I told Jess why I was in, and she immediately got excited for me (more than anyone else in my life had, actually) and actively started going through clothes options. I had ideas in my mind of what I wanted, but kept changing it as I tried clothes on. I eventually found the perfect outfit, thanks to Jess. All the employees were so excited for me, and I really appreciated that more than anything. I was so very happy with my outfit and experience in this Lane Bryant. I wish I lived here so I could shop this location. Many thanks to Jess and the staff for being so kind and understanding!
