Being a loyal Express customer, (A-List/Next, Credit card holder, and whatever fad they have going at the time), I hate to have to rate THIS Express location with 1 star, but they have a serious flaw in leadership here. My wife was shopping and when all the items were scanned, the final price the full amount.  My wife asked the cashier, "isn't everything half off?" the cashier replied, "yes, my manager told me not to give people the 50% off unless they tell us about it." That doesn't feel good knowing that the place I love to shop at does not have my best interest in mind. I understand that they have to make money but I feel this is a shady way to do it especially when the discount is available. Just my two cents.

This is the WORST Express ever!! Everyone read this review. I have been shopping at Express for years and I have never once had a bad customer service experience in any of the stores I've been in or with online shopping with returns. However, this was an absolute awful experience. I was never greeted by the 2 ladies working when I walked in(not a huge deal to me) and I started looking on the men's side for my husband. I grabbed a shirt and tie. I noticed the ties for BOGO 50% off but I didn't see another tie color he needed. I moved on to the women's side. Still no one acknowledged me. Oh by the way, no one else was shopping in the store. I grabbed a couple of items to try on for myself. Couldn't find anyone to get me a fitting room, so I got one myself. I left the fitting room and went and stood at the counter in which no one was behind. I stood there for approximately 4 minutes before an employee came around the corner, grabbed an item off the rack and left the room.  About 4 minutes after that an employee and a customer walked up to the check out counter and the employee was going to cash out the other customer before me! The customer actually spoke up and said "that lady has been waiting here for a while." So the employee comes and check out my clothes. Also, she didn't mention to me the ties and bow ties were BOGO 50% off and I am not sure I have ever shopped anywhere where they will not mention the promotions going on or promotions about the items you bought (hell, I might have picked out another tie if she mentioned it to me) and while I was being checked out, the other employee that was working came around the corner. The staff was not friendly. They did NOT apoogize for the wait. They did NOT ask me if I needed help looking for anything. Luckily for Express, I liked my items enough to still purchase them because I was very close to walking out. I don't do reviews much but when I saw all the bad reviews before I wrote mine, I can see this was not a one time bad experience. It is an on going problem and something needs to be done.

There is plenty of room for improvement in this location. One of the key reasons that it failed to get good reviews  is lack of customer service and interaction from their staffs.customer  service such as greeting customers, asking if they need help , keeping an eye on the fitting room if anyone is waiting to be helped, making check out process easy and friendly etc. need some serious improvement . I hope this location good luck and hope to see some good reviews in the future . until then Tyson store will be my to go express even though this one is closer to me . Pardon my English ,it is my second language.

Didn't want to help a customer with his problems and refused to exchange and return the items.
