I really love this Macy’s because I have gone here since I was a little kid. The store is very nice and the atmosphere is very warm. They carry a great selection of itmes for everyone in your family. They have great sales here as well! Love it here because it’s so great :)

I'm glad to see that Macy's is starting to invest in this location. This location is 3 levels which makes it easy to navigate. The recent remodel and additional of the Furniture Department has broaden the store selection.  They just need to work adding more upscale brands to give the  store the panache of the Pentagon City or Tyson's locations ...and the housewares department could use some attention

First off, I love Macy's.  I don't shop often, but when I do I spend a significant amount of money so that I enough clothes to last awhile.   This was my first visit to this particular Macy's because I am traveling in DC. Absolutely no one would help me.  I ask 3 different sales associates, all told me they were busy.  Personally,  I thought sales associates worked for commission.   With the amount of clothing I was buying, you would think they would jump at the chance to assist me.  I ask one SA if there was somewhere I could set down the items I was buying so I could try something else on and she looked confused and wanted to know if she should put hem back.  So rude.  Found a SA that I not talk to and checked out with him.

I wish there was option lower than one. First no employee to help, I was exchanging dreas shirt for same colour, same size and same brand. Because the one i got has black spots on back side of shirt. Manager, supervisor and cashier accused me that i wore that shirt. Which is not true. I ended up buying same size same colour and same brand dress shirt from them because i need to wear it that night. Manager refuse to help me and accused me inshort her message to me was get the hell out of here. will not shop at Macy’s again.

Garrett at the furniture department was wonderful and really patient, ended up buying what I was looking for. And the perfume and make up ladies as well. Great service. Love the new remodel
