Very bad customer service I was trying to $200 dollar smart watch and I wait 20 minutes to someone can help me and I lady was there saying that was new and a manager came and I ask him to help me and his answer was when gets time she would help and did not care at all. Not even a star.horrible.

Security Guard step outside and ask me to come back inside because he claimed the alarm went off to check my bag. The alarm did not go off. When I ask him did I forget something when he stopped me to come back he said “maybe” and did not provide an honest answer. He checked my bag with the alarm system and it did not go off then look at me and said maybe it was me. I walked through and the alarm did not go off. I’m irritated that I got profiled by him and that he did not had a legit reason to stop me. Needless to say I’m no longer shopping at this location ever again.
